STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Company Information
- These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by LEMONJAR SOFTWARE MEDIA SDN. BHD., a company incorporated in Malaysia.
- By purchasing or engaging any service through online.lemonjar.com.my, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
LEMONJAR SOFTWARE MEDIA SDN. BHD. provides professional services related to library and digital repository systems, including but not limited to:
- Installation and configuration of Koha Integrated Library System (ILS)
- Implementation of DSpace Digital Repository
- Implementation of EPrints Repository System
- System configuration and customization
- Technical consulting services
- User training and administrative training
- System maintenance and support
Orders and Service Engagement
Services may be ordered through:
- the online platform
- official quotation
- purchase order issued by the client
- A service agreement becomes effective once an order confirmation or invoice has been issued.
Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 21 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated.
If payment is not received by the due date:
- LEMONJAR SOFTWARE MEDIA SDN. BHD. reserves the right to suspend services, or
- late payment interest of 10% per annum may be charged.
Service Delivery
- LEMONJAR SOFTWARE MEDIA SDN. BHD. will perform services in accordance with agreed timelines.
However, timelines may vary depending on:
- client infrastructure readiness
- third-party software dependencies
- network or hosting environment
Client Responsibilities
The client shall:
- provide necessary server access and infrastructure (if applicable)
- ensure system compatibility
- provide required technical information
- Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Limitation of Liability
LEMONJAR SOFTWARE MEDIA SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- data loss due to client infrastructure failure
- system downtime caused by third-party services
Claims
- Any service-related claims must be submitted within 8 days from the completion of the service.
Debt Recovery
- If payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days, the company reserves the right to appoint a debt recovery agency.
- All recovery costs shall be borne by the client.
Governing Law
- All contractual relationships shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
