We provide professional implementation, hosting, customization, and support services for open-source library and repository systems including Koha ILS, DSpace, and ePrints. We also offer system integration, training, and ongoing maintenance.

Our solutions are designed for: universities and colleges, school libraries, government institutions, and corporate and special libraries.

Q3. Do you provide both cloud and on-premise deployment?

Yes. We offer Cloud (SaaS) – hosted in secure Tier III data centers, and On-premise – deployed within your organization's infrastructure.

2. Koha ILS

Q4. What is Koha ILS?

Koha is a fully featured, open-source Integrated Library System (ILS) used for cataloging, circulation, OPAC, reporting, and more.

Q5. Can you migrate data from our existing system to Koha?

Yes. We support full data migration including bibliographic (MARC records), patron records, circulation history, and fines and transactions.

Q6. Do you support Koha integrations?

Yes. We support integration with RFID and self-check machines, SIP2 devices, Single Sign-On (SSO) such as Azure AD and LDAP, and discovery services such as EBSCO EDS.

Q7. Do you provide training for Koha?

Yes. We provide structured training including User Training, Advanced Training, and Administrator Training.

3. DSpace & ePrints (Repository Systems)

Q8. What is DSpace / ePrints used for?

These systems are used to manage theses and dissertations, research papers, institutional publications, and digital archives.

Q9. Can access to documents be restricted?

Yes. You can configure IP-based access and user login access restrictions.

Q10. Do you support metadata standards?

Yes. We support Dublin Core, MARC, and custom metadata schemas.
