Intelligent Graduation Queue Management

The Convo On Stage system is specifically designed to manage the process of recognising graduates during convocation ceremonies. It streamlines the arrangement of graduates as they receive their honours on stage.

The system uses Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID technology to identify each graduate as they approach the stage. Their name and details are automatically retrieved, displayed on screen, and announced over the PA system — without errors.
