Lemonjar and Edge Tech Engineering team has implemented complicated Koha structure to JPPKK (Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik dan Kolej Komunity)/ Department of Polytechnic Education and Community College, Malaysia. The Koha ILS is running in 3-tier with instances set and backup setup, all 141 institutes is having their own dedicated Koha ILS with dedicated OPAC. The implementation was completed in Nov 2022 without any official announcement. The phases project then continues with massive migration works from various library management system (Virtua, ILMU, Sirsi-Dynix, Sierra, Angkasa, SLIB, VLIB and others) into Koha ILS last year, and completed full migration in mid-Nov2023, with minor data amendment completed in January 2024. 2 of the institutes is now officially on Koha starting January 2024.

We also conducted comprehensive training to 141 institutes divided by 6 Zones (North, Central, South, East, Sabah and Sarawak) in 3-days 2-nights training event for 1 months. All our librarian and technical team was involved to cater to a total of around 300 participants for the training.
